CoolestSale Store General Item Return Policy
In most cases, items shipped from CoolestSale Store can be returned within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. If your order was shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 40 days after shipment. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

Only high value products need to be returned. High value is determined by our service team and is usually an item around $30 or more. If it is not high value then you do not need to return it and can keep the faulty product.
If we ask you to return the product we will discuss with you the most cost effective way to return ship it to us and give you full instructions including our address. You will receive your full/partial refund once we have received and checked the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
